Reports of Misappropriation. Each party must report to the other party without unreasonable delay any act or attempt by any person of which such party has knowledge or reasonably suspects (i) to use or disclose, or copy Confidential Information without authorization from the other party or (ii) to reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise reverse engineer any part of the Confidential Information.
