Common use of Reports on Work Performed under the Task Clause in Contracts

Reports on Work Performed under the Task. Each Participant and the Operating Agent shall provide reports on all work performed under the Task and the results thereof, including studies, assessments, analyses, evaluations and other documentation, but excluding proprietary information, to the other Participants.
