Reports to Issuer. Exchange Agent shall notify, by facsimile or electronic communication, the Issuer of the principal amount of the Restricted Securities which have been duly tendered since the previous report and the aggregate amount tendered since the Effective Date on a weekly basis until the Expiration Date. Such notice shall be delivered in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit C.

Reports to Issuer. Exchange Agent shall regularly notify, by facsimile or electronic communication, Issuer as to the principal amount of the Old Notes which have been duly tendered since the previous report and the aggregate amount tendered since the Commencement Date daily until the Expiration Date; provided, however, that if, during any particular day, no additional Old Notes have been tendered, no additional items have been received by Exchange Agent and such totals have not changed since the Exchange Agent last provided such information as required above, the Exchange Agent need not provide the information referred to above in this Section 9 for such day. Such notice shall be delivered in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit D.
Reports to Issuer. Not later than 30 days after each June 15 and December 15, the Trustee shall provide to the Issuer a report stating the application of Revenues to the payment of principal and interest on the STAR Bonds, replenishment of any debt service reserve funds and payment of any fees of the Trustee, the Dissemination Agent, any third-party monitor retained by the Dissemination Agent and the Rebate Analyst. Not later than the 30th day of each month other than June and December, the Trustee shall provide a monthly report to the Issuer stating the amount of Issuer Sales Tax Revenues remitted by the State Treasurer pursuant to Section 3.02 during the preceding month and the amount of State Sales Tax Revenues that the State has indicated is on deposit in the City Bond Finance Fund during the preceding month pursuant to Section 2.03. Not less often than quarterly, (i) the Issuer shall compare the amount of State Sales Tax Revenues and Issuer Sales Tax Revenues received by the Trustee as set forth in such report with the copies of tax returns detailing the collection of State Sales Tax Revenues and Issuer Sales Tax Revenues received by the Issuer from businesses operating within the Redevelopment Project Area during the same period, and

In addition, Exchange Agent shall grant to the Issuer and such persons as the Issuer may reasonably request, access to those persons on Exchange Agent's staff who are responsible for receiving tenders, in order to ensure that immediately prior to the Expiration Date, the Issuer shall have received information in sufficient detail to enable it to decide whether to extend the Exchange Offer.
