REPRESENTATION AND MEETINGS. Unit Chairperson and Stewards (501) The unit chairperson or, in his or her place, the local representative of the Union, as the case may be, shall notify the Employer in writing from time to time of the names of the stewards and unit chairperson, the effective dates of their appointment and the names, if any, of those former stewards and chairperson whom they may be replacing. The number of stewards shall not exceed 75 except with the consent of the Employer.
