Representation and Warranties by Licensor. 14.1 That the Licensor is aware of the business of Licensee which requires a high level of confidentiality with regard to the information shared by the licensee with the Licensor and therefore Licensor hereby represents and warrants that they will maintain confidentiality and integrity of any shared data and information on their best effort basis.
