Representation and Warranties of the Contractor. A. The Contractor represents and warrants to the Department that, to the best of its knowledge, it and its Network Providers have complied with and are complying with all applicable statutes, orders, rules and regulations promulgated by any federal, state, municipal, or other governmental authority relating to their property and the conduct of their operations, and no violations of any statute, order, rule, or regulation are existing or threatened.
