Representation by Coordinator. Coordinator will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that no viruses or similar items are coded or introduced into the Systems and to restore any loss of data resulting from such viruses or similar items at Coordinator’s cost and expense;
Representation by Coordinator. Program Parties are represented towards SIM by the Coordinator, who shall be the intermediary for any communication between SIM and any Program Party, with the exceptions foreseen in this Grant Agreement.
