Common use of Representation by Employee Clause in Contracts

Representation by Employee. Employee represents and warrants that he is not under any obligation, contractual or otherwise, to any person, firm or corporation that is inconsistent with this Agreement and his employment hereunder and that he is free to enter into and perform the terms of this Agreement.

Representation by Employee. Employee represents and warrants to the Company that he there is not under no employment contract or any obligation, other contractual or otherwise, obligation to any person, firm or corporation that which Employee is inconsistent with subject which prevents Employee from entering into this Agreement and his employment hereunder and that he is free to enter into and perform the terms of or from performing fully Employee's duties under this Agreement.
