REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF COMPANY AND STRASSER. Company and Stephen Strasser ("Strasser"), jointlx xxx xxverally, make the folxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxatixxx xxx warranties to Buyer, each of which is true and correct on the Closing Date, shall be unaffected by any investigation heretofore or hereafter made by Buyer, or any knowledge of Buyer other than as specifically disclosed in the Disclosure Schedule (as hereinafter defined) delivered to Buyer at the time of the execution of this Agreement, and shall survive the Closing of the transactions provided for herein.
