Representations and Warranties of Developer. (a) Developer represents and warrants that the Project requires economic assistance from the Village to complete the development of the Project substantially in accordance with the Cost Estimates, and, but for the economic assistance to be given by the Village, as heretofore stated, the Project as contemplated would not be economically viable.
