BANK ----------------------- GSI and Xxxxxxx Bank do each hereby specifically covenant and agree to prepare and deliver to Buyer, on or before the date of this Agreement, complete and correct copies of each of the Exhibits required to be provided to Buyer by the terms and provisions of this Article II, below, namely, Exhibits 2.3, 2.6-2.12, 2.15-2.16, 2.18, 2.20-2.24 and 2.30. GSI and Xxxxxxx Bank also do each hereby, respectively, represent and warrant to the Buyer, as of the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date hereunder, as follows:
