Xxxxxxxxx, xxverally represent and warrant to Acquisition Company and Acquiror to the extent they have knowledge of the subject matter of each warranty and representation listed below. Except for Section 5.14, which shall survive until the expiration of any applicable federal, state or local statute of limitations, such representations and warranties shall survive only until July 1, 1998.
