REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF METRO NET. Metro Net represents and warrants to Maxcom that the statements contained in this Section 4.1 are correct and complete as of the date of this Capacity Sale Agreement ("Effective Date"), the First Closing Date, the Second Closing Date, any Additional Capacity Closing Date, and any Optioned Capacity Closing Date (as though made then and as though the First Closing Date, the Second Closing Date, any Additional Capacity Closing Date, and any Optioned Capacity Closing Date were substituted for the Effective Date throughout this Section 4.1), except as set forth in the disclosure schedule accompanying this Capacity Sale Agreement and initialed by the parties ("Disclosure Schedule"). The Disclosure Schedule will be arranged in paragraphs corresponding to the lettered and numbered paragraphs contained in this Section 4.1.
