Representations and Warranties of Silvermex. Except as disclosed in the Silvermex Disclosure Letter (which, except as expressly stated therein, shall make reference to the applicable section below in respect of which such qualification is being made), Silvermex hereby represents and warrants to and in favour of First Majestic as follows and acknowledges that First Majestic is relying on such representations and warranties in connection with the transactions herein contemplated:
