Representations and Warranties of Subrecipient. As of the Effective Date, the Subrecipient provides the representations and warranties set forth below. The Subrecipient shall notify the County of any material changes in the status of these representations and/or warranties during the Term of this Agreement. In addition, the Subrecipient acknowledges that it shall be required to provide such representations and warranties again at the time of submission of each request for disbursement.
