REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF VESTA. Vesta Servicing L.P. hereby makes the representations and warranties set forth in this Schedule IID to the Depositor and the Trustee, as of November 30, 2001, or if so specified herein, as of the Cut-off Date. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in this Schedule IID shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of the Cut-off Date (the "Agreement") among the Depositor, DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc. ("DLJMC"), as a seller (a "Seller"), Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corp. ("WMMSC"), as a seller (in such capacity, a "Seller" and together with DLJ in its role as a Seller, the "Sellers") and as a servicer (in such capacity, a "Servicer"), Bank One, National Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"), and Vesta Servicing, L.P., as a servicer (in such capacity, a "Servicer" and together with WMMSC in its role as a Servicer, the "Servicers") and special servicer (in such capacity, a "Special Servicer").
