Representations as to Use of Proceeds. The Company covenants, represents and warrants for the benefit of the Trustee, Bond Counsel, the Issuer and the holders of the Bonds that it reasonably anticipates that the proceeds of the Bonds will be used in the manner set forth in Exhibit A hereto. Use of the Bond proceeds according to Exhibit A will result in the use of 95% or more of the net proceeds to provide the financing for the acquisition and construction of certain solid waste disposal facilities and related facilities and equipment.
