Bond Counsel definition

Bond Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys of nationally recognized standing on the subject of municipal bonds satisfactory to the Director.
Bond Counsel means the firm of Gilmore & Bell, P.C., or any other attorney or firm of attorneys whose expertise in matters relating to the issuance of obligations by states and their political subdivisions is nationally recognized and acceptable to the Issuer.
Bond Counsel means an attorney or firm of attorneys of nationally recognized standing in the field of law relating to municipal bonds selected by the Issuer.
