Representations; No Defaults. At the time of each Extension of Credit there shall exist no Default or Event of Default, and each Extension of Credit shall be deemed a renewal by Borrower of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement and an affirmative statement by Borrower that such representations and warranties are true and correct on and as of such time with the same effect as though such representations and warranties had been made on and as of such time.
Representations; No Defaults. At the time of each Borrowing, there shall exist no Default or Event of Default.

Representations; No Defaults. The following statements shall be true and correct on and as of the Closing Date, and the Bank shall have received a certificate signed by the appropriate officer of the Commission, dated the Closing Date, stating that:
