Representations of Local Borrower. The Local Borrower represents for the benefit of the Authority that the representations contained in this Loan Agreement are true at the time of execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement and, other than with respect to events outside of Local Borrower’s control, will be true in all material respects at all times during the term of this Loan Agreement.
