Local Borrower definition

Local Borrower the Company or a Local Borrowing Subsidiary, as the context shall require (and collectively, the “Local Borrowers”).
Local Borrower means the Political Subdivision or Indian Tribe that is a party to and is described in the first paragraph of this Loan Agreement.
Local Borrower means each Foreign Subsidiary that is a borrower under a Local Credit Facility.

  • Subsidiary Borrower means (i) the Initial Subsidiary Borrowers and (ii) any Eligible Subsidiary that becomes a Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to Section 2.23 and, in the case of each of the foregoing, that has not ceased to be a Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to such Section.
