Common use of Representations True Clause in Contracts

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, in connection therewith shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Borrower in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Borrower in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are increased Total Commitment is increased, except to the extent of changes resulting from transactions permitted by the Loan Documents (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, in connection therewith shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date); and

The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased (it being understood except to the extent of any changes resulting from transactions permitted by this Agreement, and agreed that any representation or warranty except to the extent such representations relate expressly to an earlier date, which by its terms is made as of a specified date representations shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date), both immediately before and after the Total Commitment is increased; and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall also have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall alsoshall be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and immediately after the Commitments are increased Total Commitment is increased, except to the extent that such representations and warranties expressly relate solely to an earlier date (it being understood in which case such representations and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date warranties shall be required to be have been true and correct only in all material respects on and as of such specified earlier date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Borrower or the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are increased, Aggregate Commitment is increased both immediately before and after the Commitments are Aggregate Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date, and that any representation or warranty that is qualified by any materiality standard shall be required to be true and correct in all respects); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Borrower in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are increased Total Commitment is increased, except to the extent of changes resulting from transactions permitted by the Loan Documents (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date); and

The representations and warranties made by Borrower and the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of Borrower and the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Revolving Credit Commitment, Total Term Loan A and/or Total Term Loan B Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by Borrower and the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of Borrower and the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Revolving Credit Commitment and/or Total Term Loan Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased (it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct in all material respects only as of such specified date); and

Representations True. The representations and warranties made by the Borrowers Borrower and Guarantors, respectively, the Guarantors in the Loan Documents or otherwise made by or on behalf of the Borrowers and Guarantors, respectively, Borrower or the Guarantors in connection therewith or after the date thereof shall have been true and correct in all material respects when made and shall also be true and correct in all material respects on the date of such Increase Notice and on the date the Commitments are Total Commitment is increased, both immediately before and after the Commitments are increased (Total Commitment is increased; it being understood and agreed that any representation or warranty which by its terms is was made as of a specified date shall be required to be true and correct only as of such specified date); and
