Common use of Representative of County and Contractor Clause in Contracts

Representative of County and Contractor. The Parties recognize that questions in the day-to-day conduct of the Project will arise. The Contract Administrator, upon Contractor's request, shall advise Contractor in writing of one (1) or more County employees to whom all communications pertaining to the day-to-day conduct of the Project shall be addressed. Contractor shall inform the Contract Administrator in writing of Contractor's representative to whom matters involving the conduct of the Project shall be addressed.
