Representative Status Clause Samples
Representative Status. The Association affirms it will represent all employees in the unit described in Section 2.1 on page 2 without regard to whether or not they are members of the Association.
Representative Status. The City recognizes the What-Comm Guild as the bargaining representative for the new Supervisor positons, provided that the City reserves the right to seek clarification from PERC in the future as to whether the Supervisors should be recognized as a supervisory unit.
