Common use of Representatives and Class Counsel Clause in Contracts

Representatives and Class Counsel. As of the Amendment Effective Date, Ford releases and forever discharges the Class Representatives and Class Counsel from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action or other obligations of whatever nature, including attorney fees, whether known or unknown, that arise from their participation or involvement with respect to the filing of the Xxxxxxxx II lawsuit or in the negotiations leading to this Settlement Agreement. This release does not extend to obligations arising from the terms of the Settlement Agreement itself.
