Common use of Reprints Clause in Contracts

Reprints. Consistent with applicable copyright and other laws, each Party may use, refer to, and disseminate reprints of scientific, medical and other published articles and materials from journals, conferences and/or symposia relating to the Study which disclose the name of a Party, provided such use does not constitute an endorsement of any commercial product or service by the other Party.
