Reproduction of Documents This Agreement and all schedules, exhibits, attachments and amendments hereto may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, micro-card, miniature photographic or other similar process. The parties hereto each agree that any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding, whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made by a party in the regular course of business, and that any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence.
Copies, etc The Administrative Agent shall give prompt notice to each Lender of each notice or request required or permitted to be given to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents (unless concurrently delivered to the Lenders by the Borrower). The Administrative Agent will distribute to each Lender each document or instrument received for its account and copies of all other communications received by the Administrative Agent from the Borrower for distribution to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the terms of the Loan Documents.
Transmit the Submission A Submission Number is only valid for a limited time. The Submission for either creations or redemptions of Shares must be sent by facsimile or to the Trust Representative within 15 minutes of the issuance of the Submission Number. In the event that the Submission is not received within such time period, the Trust Representative will attempt to contact the Participant to request immediate transmission of the Submission.
Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.
Format (i) The Servicer shall conform to such requirements regarding the format, structure and text of Bills delivered to Customers as this Agreement, the Financing Order, the Securitization Law and applicable MPSC Regulations shall from time to time prescribe. To the extent that Bill format, structure and text are not prescribed by this Agreement, the Financing Order, the Securitization Law or by applicable MPSC Regulations, the Servicer shall determine the format, structure and text of all Bills in accordance with its reasonable business judgment, its Servicer Policies and Practices with respect to its own charges and prevailing industry standards.
Originals This Agreement may be executed in counterparts each of which so executed shall be deemed an original and constitute one and the same agreement.
Copies The Company shall, prior to filing a Registration Statement or prospectus, or any amendment or supplement thereto, furnish without charge to the holders of Registrable Securities included in such registration, and such holders’ legal counsel, copies of such Registration Statement as proposed to be filed, each amendment and supplement to such Registration Statement (in each case including all exhibits thereto and documents incorporated by reference therein), the prospectus included in such Registration Statement (including each preliminary prospectus), and such other documents as the holders of Registrable Securities included in such registration or legal counsel for any such holders may request in order to facilitate the disposition of the Registrable Securities owned by such holders.
Facsimile or .pdf Signature This Agreement may be executed by facsimile or .pdf signature and a facsimile or .pdf signature shall constitute an original for all purposes.
Consent to Receive Information in English You hereby expressly declare that you have full knowledge of the English language and have read, understood and fully accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions established in the Plan and Agreement.
Electronic Format If requested by the Purchaser, the Servicer shall supply any and all information regarding the Mortgage Loans and the REO Properties, including all reports required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.03, Section 6.02 and this Section 8.01, to the Purchaser in electronic format reasonably acceptable to Purchaser, unless otherwise limited by the servicing system utilized by the Servicer.
