Reprocurement of the services or procurement of additional services. Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, whether or not HHSC has accepted or rejected CONTRACTOR’s Services or Deliverables provided during any period of the Agreement, HHSC may at any time issue requests for proposals or offers to other potential contractors for performance of any portion of the Services covered by the Agreement or services similar or comparable to the Services performed by CONTRACTOR under the Agreement.
