Reproduction. Proprietary Information supplied is not to be reproduced in any form, without having obtained the prior written consent of Seller (acting through Eastern Consolidated).
Reproduction. The Artist reserves all rights to the reproduction of the Artworks except where noted in writing to the contrary. The Gallery may photograph the Artwork and use these photographs and photography provided by the artist for publicity and promotional purposes. The Gallery may photograph Artwork and upload to online shopping platform(s). Unless otherwise advised, the Gallery will assume consent by the artist to use images of the Artworks to promote the show through print, submission to press and social media.
Reproduction. This Agreement, the other Financing Documents and all documents relating hereto and thereto, including, without limitation, (a) consents, waivers and modifications that may hereafter be executed, (b) documents received by the Purchasers at the Closing (except the Notes themselves), and (c) financial statements, certificates and other information previously or hereafter furnished in connection herewith, may be reproduced by any photographic, photostatic, microfilm, microcard, miniature photographic or other similar process and any original document so reproduced may be destroyed. Each of the Purchasers and the Company agrees and stipulates that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any such reproduction shall be admissible in evidence as the original itself in any judicial or administrative proceeding (whether or not the original is in existence and whether or not such reproduction was made in the regular course of business) and any enlargement, facsimile or further reproduction of such reproduction shall likewise be admissible in evidence. This Section 10.6 shall not prohibit the Company, any other party hereto or any Purchaser from contesting any such reproduction to the same extent that it could contest the original or from introducing evidence to demonstrate the inaccuracy of any such reproduction.

Reproduction. County will be responsible for all reproduction necessary for advertising for bids and for Agreement administration. A-E shall be responsible for reproductions necessary for submittals as described in this Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may make one backup copy of the Software, into machine readable form, for archival and disaster recovery purposes, provided Your backup copy is not in Use on any Computer. All backup copies shall remain the property of Data Innovations and are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You shall maintain a record of the number and location of all copies of Software, including copies merged with other software, and shall make those records available to Data Innovations upon request. Any backup copy of the Software that You make must contain the same titles, trademarks, copyright notices, legends and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Software.
Reproduction. This Agreement, and all documents relating hereto and thereto, may be stored and/or reproduced by any means or process including electronic or mechanical means. Any reproduction that reproduces the signatures of the Parties shall be admissible into evidence as the original in any litigation without regard to whether the original is in existence. If a Party signs this Agreement and then transmits an electronic facsimile of the signature page (including, without limitation, in PDF format), the receiving Party may rely upon such electronic facsimile as an originally executed signature page without any modification or change to this Agreement, unless such modification or change is noted on such electronic facsimile by the transmitting Party.
