Photography. State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.
Photography. Our tours offer some of the most spectacular and beautiful photographic scenery in the world. However, We cannot guarantee that every scene or highlighted featured in a Tour Brochure or Itinerary will be available on each Tour. No refund or other compensation will be available for any resulting missed scene or photographic “opportunity”.
Photography. (a) No photo calls shall be permitted on a two (2) performance day, unless the ARTIST is compensated at the Overtime Rate with a one (1) hour minimum call guaranteed.
(b) One (1) day per contract year, during a rehearsal or performance week when the EMPLOYER requires the ARTIST to pose for photographs for the purpose of publicity, shall have a work span of no greater than eight (8) hours, including a one (1) hour Rest Time, make-up and waiting time, and shall be counted as a six (6) hour work day. In the event the EMPLOYER schedules a second “photography day” during either a rehearsal or performance week, the actual service time will be counted and paid for at the applicable rate.
(c) The ARTISTS acknowledge that the EMPLOYER will make a selection of ARTISTS’ solo and duo photographs to be used for publicity purposes. The EMPLOYER acknowledges that in certain instances the ARTIST may deem certain photos inappropriate, and such photographs will not be used by the EMPLOYER. However, in the event that the ARTISTS’ approval of photographs does not yield sufficient photographs to depict a dance or aspect of the EMPLOYER’s offerings, after consideration of the ARTIST’s selections, the EMPLOYER shall have final approval. In the event that ARTIST fails to make a selection of photographs, EMPLOYER shall consider all photographs approved without consent of the ARTIST. The local AGMA Committee referenced at Section 10 shall confer on the implementation of the provisions of this section in a manner mutually suitable for and acceptable to the parties.
(d) Photographs or other reproducible likenesses of ARTISTS paid for by the EMPLOYER may be used on promotional items offered for sale by the EMPLOYER to the public which promote the name of the EMPLOYER, the name of the ARTIST or the art form of dance. Such items or likenesses may not be licensed to third parties without written consent of ARTISTS.
(e) All ARTISTS shall have the right of approval of their biographical sketch used by the EMPLOYER in the EMPLOYER’S program.
(f) Unless ARTISTS are notified by the EMPLOYER, photographers will not be permitted on stage, in the wings or any corridors leading to the stage. This prohibition shall apply in all theaters where the ARTISTS perform and rehearse.
(g) The EMPLOYER agrees insofar as practicable to enter into an agreement with photographers regarding the taking of photographs of ARTISTS with the intent of protecting the rights of the EMPLOYER and the ARTISTS.

Photography. All photographic rights are reserved by the Organiser. Photography during the Exhibition shall only be carried out by the Official Photographers appointed by the Organiser, at charges set out in the Exhibitor Manual.
Photography. Management has permission to use the likeness of any person and/or products exhibited in photographs and in any and all other media, whether now known or heareafter existing. The exhibitor waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Additionally, all rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to use of the photograph are waived by the Exhibitor. ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY: All exhibitor promotional material and goods are limited to the designated display area. Exhibitors may not carry out publicity activities outside the boundary of the booth or in front of the Event without written permission from Management. Acoustic presentations are permitted only if they are arranged in a way that other Exhibitors are not disturbed by them and visitors are not disturbed or hampered by them. Management reserves the right to cease any publicity/presentations that have not been approved and do not meet the standards of the Event.
Photography. The photographic rights for the Exhibition are reserved to Management, and photography in the Exhibition required by Exhibitors can be carried out at moderate charges by the Official Photographers (as designated by management) if desired. Exhibitors wishing to make their own arrangements for the photographing of their exhibit must apply to Management, whose permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Photography. Any visual images or recordings showing children other than your own should not be posted on any social networking sites or blogs. The Pre-school will not photograph your child without prior consent. Pre-school Closure: On occasion there may be circumstances beyond our control that means the decision has to be taken to close the Pre-school. The Pre-school is obliged on these occasions to pay the staff and the Pre-school reserves the right to charge for any session which your child would have attended, if the Pre-school had not been closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
Photography. I give permission to The City of Eureka staff and/or local news media to photograph my child during the course of regularly scheduled City of Eureka recreation programs. I am aware that these pictures may be published in the local media, posted in City of Eureka facilities, and possibly included in future brochures/publications and/or City of Eureka website. Photography. No photographs or videos shall be taken without the prior written consent of CII, and/or the Event third party speakers. Exhibitor agrees that CII may take photographs of Exhibitor’s booth space, exhibit, and exhibit personnel for any promotional use by CII.
Photography. No photographs or video may be shot on the show floor without written permission of show management. Show management reserves the right to confiscate or delete images taken without permission and to ban the responsible parties from the show floor.
