Requalification. Employees exercising return rights shall be subject to the successful completion of any required training and endorsement.
Requalification. PROCESSOR may withhold settlement funds in the event CUSTOMER's processing activity and/or credit profile is no longer consistent with the information which was provided to PROCESSOR at the time PROCESSOR approved CUSTOMER to receive its services. In such event, in addition to any other remedies under this Agreement, PROCESSOR may establish or increase a Reserve Account (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to the terms of this Agreement until PROCESSOR has either re‐qualified CUSTOMER based upon its then present processing and credit profile, or until PROCESSOR determines in its sole discretion that the increased risk associated with providing the services to CUSTOMER no longer exists. PROCESSOR may charge CUSTOMER a reasonable fee for such a re‐qualification of their processing and credit profile.
Requalification. For requalification of eligibility to receive the incentive bonus pay, the employee must complete the requirements as described under "Continuation of Qualification". Requalification and compensation under this incentive bonus pay program will start at the beginning of the pay period in which proof of such requalification is received by the Personnel Office. This requalification will begin a new two (2) year qualification period.
Requalification. An employee on the Promotional List who is not promoted to a permanent position or, who is not assigned a “regular acting role” as defined under “Acting”, before the expiration of the list shall be required to requalify for placement on the Promotional List. An employee assigned to perform “other acting roles” as defined under “Acting” and not assigned as above, shall be required to requalify for placement on the Promotional List. Those employees who are not required to compete again shall be placed by seniority at the top of the next promotional list. Those employees who are required to requalify, and are successful, shall retain their previous position on the promotional list. Eligibility to participate in the promotional process for Officer shall be in accordance with the following criteria:
Requalification. Additional contractor FAT, and associated test report, may be required at Government discretion, if Class I ECPs are implemented, if substantial changes are made in the manufacturing process, if the location of system/subsystem manufacturing changes or if there is a gap of greater than six (6) months between product lot builds.
Requalification. In the case of products with risk classification (in accordance with TDS), the supplier undertakes to carry out a requalifi- cation test (analogous to the sampling procedure) of the ordered products and services at regular intervals, unless other- wise required in the TDS. The result of the requalification test will be made known by the supplier on request.
Requalification. OV is aware and acknowledges that certain quantities forming part of the Inventory are expired and can only be used upon successful requalification. OV is responsible for the retesting of the Inventory prior to use and assumes the full responsibility for the use of the Inventory.
Requalification. A complete requalification test (pursuant to IATF 16949 in the current version) is to be per- formed annually by the Supplier, for the first time 12 months after successful initial sample release. The Customer will receive the results of the requalification in an initial sample cover sheet sent by the Supplier. Upon the request of the Customer, further evidence or the entire requalification test must be sent. A change sampling will be recognized as a requalification if this is submitted as the full sampling with all evidence pursuant to number 2.3.
Requalification. All Products have to undergo a regular and complete, dimensional and functional test pursu- ant the control plans of the Supplier considering the applicable customer specifications of material and function. On demand, the results are to be made available for GAUDLITZ. The dimensional tests contain the entire measurement of the whole product mass listed in the de- velopmental documents.
Requalification. All employees are subject to periodic re-qualification. Failure to requalify will result in the employee being subject to retraining and/or retrogression to the next lower step.
