Request for applications. Data created by a granting agency to create a request for proposal is classified as nonpublic until the request for proposal is published. To the extent that a granting agency involves persons outside the granting agency to create the request for proposal, the data remain nonpublic in the hands of all persons who may not further disseminate any data that are created or reviewed as part of the request for proposal development. At publication, the data in the request for proposal is public.

Request for applications. (RFA) – a solicitation used to acquire social services from a nonprofit entity to address community needs resulting in a grant agreement for services.
Request for applications. Effective Date: 06/01/2006 USAID uses a Request for Applications (RFA) when the intent is to provide assistance for an activity or methodology that supports or is in keeping with USAID’s program objectives. The minimum period for the receipt of applications in response to an RFA is 30 days after the RFA is issued. USAID should provide longer response periods for sizeable activities or more detailed applications used to ensure high quality applications. If USAID cannot provide 30 days for the receipt of applications, the competition may proceed only with the express written approval of the AO.

  • Request for Hearing The employee must file a written request for hearing within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dismissal or Suspension. Filing means receipt in the office designated no later than regular close of business on the last day of the filing period.   • REQUEST FOR REVIEW Within sixty (60) days after receiving notice from the Plan Administrator that a claim has been denied (in part or all of the claim), then claimant (or their duly authorized representative) may file with the Plan Administrator, a written request for a review of the denial of the claim. The claimant (or his duly authorized representative) shall then have the opportunity to submit written comments, documents, records and other information relating to the claim.   • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for defending its determination that the redacted portions of its response are confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or otherwise not subject to disclosure.
