Request for Assignment. If the Lessee requests that the Council consent to any assignment, transfer or other dealing, the Lessee must comply with Council’s reasonable procedural requirements for dealing with the request.
Request for Assignment. 6.1.1 The District shall make available forms, which shall be posted on the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx website, on which Unit Members may request assignments and load (up to sixty (60) percent) for a regular semester or trimester and indicate the assignment(s) and load they would be willing to assume for that semester of trimester.
6.1.2 For an assignment request to be valid and eligible for consideration, the District assignment request form, properly completed, signed and dated, must be submitted within the specified window period and received in the appropriate office by the specified deadline as follows:
Request for Assignment. 3.1 The End User may request an Assignment using the instructions on the LIR website. Upon receipt of the request, the LIR shall submit a request form, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/ripe/docs/index.html, to the RIPE NCC.
3.2 The LIR may suspend the initial request for an Assignment until it has received the Administration Fee as specified in paragraph 2.2 and the Maintenance Fee as specified in paragraph 4.2 for the calendar year in which the Agreement enters into force.
3.3 The Assignment is made by the RIPE NCC. The RIPE NCC requires the following conditions to be met before assigning Independent Internet Number Resources:
a. the LIR has submitted a request form to the RIPE NCC;
b. the RIPE NCC has established that the request complies with the current RIPE policies for Assignment to End Users. Current documents are available at: xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/ripe/docs/index.html. Amendments to RIPE policies are published on: xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.
Request for Assignment. 3.1 The End User may request an assignment using the applicable request form (available at xxx.xxxx.xxx).
3.2 The RIPE NCC shall assign the requested Internet number resources as soon as:
a) It has received a request form;
b) It has established that the request complies with the current RIPE policies for assignment to End Users; and
c) It has received the documents as stated in Article 2.2; and
d) It has received the Maintenance Fee for the calendar year at issue
e) In the event of a first request for an assignment, the RIPE NCC has received the Administration Fee
Request for Assignment. 6.1.1 The District shall make available forms, which shall be posted on the North Orange County Community College District website, on which Unit Members may request assignments and load (up to sixty (60) percent) for a regular semester and indicate the assignment(s) and load they would be willing to assume for that semester .
6.1.2 For an assignment request to be valid and eligible for consideration, the District assignment request form, properly completed, signed and dated, must be submitted within the specified window period and received in the appropriate office by the specified deadline as follows:
Request for Assignment. The request by an employee for a transfer to a different class, building or position must be made in writing (includes e-mail) and presented to the Superintendent. The Administration will provide copies of all requests for assignment to the VEA President as received.
1. Requests for reassignment may be made by the employee as an available position is announced, in advance, or at the time of the posting of a vacant position. Requests will be kept on file by the Administration until September 15th of each year. Employees must renew their requests annually.
2. The application shall set forth the reasons for the request, the school, grade or position sought and the applicant’s academic qualifications which support the request.
3. The request of a transfer/reassignment shall be acknowledged by the district in writing (includes e-mail) within five working days.
4. The Administration shall respond in writing (includes e-mail) within five (5) days following a staffing decision to each employee who has requested a transfer. Said reply shall include a response to the transfer request and state the reason(s) for denial or acceptance.
Request for Assignment. If the Lessee requests that the Council consent to any assignment, transfer or parting with possession of the Premises or any part of it the Lessee must immediately on receipt of a request to do so from the Council:
9.2.1 pay all arrears of Rent any other moneys outstanding under this Lease and remedy all outstanding breaches and defaults and pay to the Council or its solicitors or agents such sum of money as is reasonably estimated by the Council as being required to remedy such breaches or defaults;
9.2.2 submit a true copy of all agreements to be entered into in respect of any proposed dealing with the Lease or the Premises including a true copy of any business sale agreement entered into by the Lessee as vendor, if applicable, and evidence satisfactory to the Council that the proposed transferee or assignee is respectable responsible solvent and suitable and information reasonably required by the Council about the financial standing and business experience of the proposed transferee or assignee;
9.2.3 if the proposed assignee or transferee is a trustee of a trust to submit a copy of the instrument under which such trust was constituted and the full names addresses and occupations of the beneficiaries of such trust;
9.2.4 procure the proposed assignee or transferee to submit to the Council a business plan setting out the proposed assignee's plans, intentions and projections concerning the business conducted at the Premises (and containing such details and particulars as are reasonably required by the Council); and
9.2.5 pay to the Council or its solicitors the reasonable costs and expenses of and incidental to any inspection of the Premises and enquiries concerning the proposed dealing or the persons concerned in such dealing and of the perusal, preparation, negotiation and stamping of the documents deemed necessary by the Council; and if such consent is given the Lessee shall ensure that prior to the date of any assignment or transfer the person to whom it is proposed to assign or transfer enters into a direct covenant with the Council to observe the terms of this Lease and furnishes such guarantees of the performance of such person's obligations under this Lease as the Council may reasonably require.
Request for Assignment. The following procedure with respect to Assignments shall apply:
3.5.1. The Company invites a Contractor to implement an Assignment by sending a request for Assignment (the “Request for Assignment”) describing the details of the planned Assignment.
3.5.2. After receiving a Request for Assignment, the Contractor shall as soon as possible but not later than within 1 (one) business day, unless otherwise specified in the Request for Assignment, respond by stating availability of its respective Approved Staff to implement the Assignment by sending to the Company (i) a proposal to implement the Assignment or (ii) its confirmation or rejection of its readiness to implement the Assignment based on the terms determined by the Company in the Request for Assignment.
3.5.3. The proposal to implement the Assignment should not exceed the proposed price (unit price or hourly rate) under the Contractor’s Proposal.
3.5.4. The Company accepts the Contractor’s proposal or confirmation on readiness to implement an Assignment by sending to the Contractor an e-mail with a draft Assignment Order that is based on the information laid down in the specific Request for Assignment and Contractor’s proposal to implement the Assignment. The Contractor must review received draft Assignment Order and respond within 1 (one) business day. Mutually approved Assignment Order is first signed by the Company and then by the Contractor. When the Contractor receives approved Assignment Order, it should be signed and sent to the Company as soon as possible but not later than within 3 (three) business days after receiving it.
3.5.5. The Contractor shall not be entitled to introduce in the Assignment Order any terms, conditions or requirements contradictory to the Agreement or the Request for Assignment, or otherwise being not acceptable to the Company due to any reason.
3.5.6. After the Assignment Order is signed by the Parties, the conditions set in the Assignment Order become binding upon the Parties and the Assignment shall be executed in accordance with its specific requirements as well as the general provisions set out in this Agreement.
3.5.7. In case the Contractor rejects the Request for Assignment or fails to respond within the required time period, or the delivered proposal is not compliant with requirements defined by the Company or not in line with the Company’s budget, the Company is entitled to:
(a) reject the proposal, and/or
(b) request the Contractor to pay a contractual penalty in...
Request for Assignment. Except in connection with an assignment to a Permitted Assignee, Licensee shall give Port at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior written notice of any desired assignment (herein "Notice of Request to Assign") and shall provide Port with the following information in writing: (a) the name, address, legal composition and ownership of the proposed assignee, (b) the current balance sheet and profit and loss statements (herein "financial statements") for the proposed assignee and for any other entity or person who is to be liable for Licensee's obligations under this License, such financial statements to be certified in writing to be true and correct and to be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and to cover a period of three years prior to the proposed effective date of the assignment (or for such shorter period as the proposed assignee or other person may have been in existence), (c) a full description of the terms and conditions of the proposed assignment, including copies of any and all proposed assignment agreements or other documents and instruments concerning the proposed assignment, (d) a Pre-screening and Leasing Application, or other similar document, completed by the proposed assignee and delivered to Port, and (e) any other information, documentation or evidence as may be requested by Port, all in sufficient detail to enable Port to evaluate the proposed assignment and the prospective assignee. Licensee's Notice of Request to Assign shall not be deemed to have been served or given until such time as Licensee has provided Port with all information set forth hereinabove. Licensee shall immediately notify Port of any modifications to the proposed terms of the assignment. If Port consents to the Assignment, Licensee must close the Assignment on the terms stated in the Notice of Request to Assign within one hundred twenty (120) days after Port notifies Licensee of Port's consent. If the assignment agreement does not close within the 120- day period, then Port's consent will expire, unless Licensee gives Port a new Notice of Request to Assign, in which case Port again will be entitled to exercise any of the options under this Section.
Request for Assignment. If Tenant desires at any time to enter into an Assignment or a Sublease of the Premises or any portion thereof, Tenant shall request in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the Assignment or Sublease, Landlord’s consent to the Assignment or Sublease.
