Request for Assignment. 6.1.1 The District shall make available forms, which shall be posted on the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx website, on which Unit Members may request assignments and load (up to sixty (60) percent) for a regular semester or trimester and indicate the assignment(s) and load they would be willing to assume for that semester of trimester. 6.1.2 For an assignment request to be valid and eligible for consideration, the District assignment request form, properly completed, signed and dated, must be submitted within the specified window period and received in the appropriate office by the specified deadline as follows:
