Basic Agreements. The Agent shall have received each of the Basic Agreements, duly authorized, executed and delivered by each of the parties thereto and in full force and effect, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent;
Basic Agreements. To the best knowledge of Borrower, there are no material claims or any bases for material claims in respect of the Collateral Property or its operation by any party to any Basic Agreement.

Basic Agreements. (i) Any of the Basic Agreements shall cease for any reason to be in full force and effect (other than termination in accordance with its terms) or the obligor thereunder shall disavow or seek to discontinue its obligations thereunder, or shall contest the validity or enforceability of any thereof; or (ii) any Lien purported to be granted pursuant to the Security Agreements, the Pledge Agreements or the Mortgages for any reason shall cease to be a legal, valid or enforceable lien and security interest in the Collateral or the Mortgaged Property, as the case may be; or

Basic Agreements. (1) A basic agreement should be negotiated if the number of contracts warrants such an agreement (see 16.702). Basic agreements should be reviewed and updated at least annually.
Basic Agreements. The WPPA will contract with health care providers ("Participating Providers") and suppliers of medical goods and services who agree, among other things, to provide health care services and goods at specified charges negotiated by WPPA on behalf of Group to Participating Patients who elect to use the preferred provider panel. Such election can be made by a Beneficiary on a service-by-service basis. The WPPA also, among other things, will provide utilization and quality assessment review of those services rendered to Participating Patients by Participating Providers. The Participating Hospital agrees to participate in the WPPA preferred provider panel and will endeavor to deliver Covered Hospital Services to Participating Patients that are Medically Necessary. The Group agrees to offer the Preferred Provider Program to its Beneficiaries as an alternative health care program throughout the term of this Agreement and any subsequent renewal thereof.
Basic Agreements. 1.1 For purposes of this A eement, the definitions of Garbage, Bulky Waste, Yard Waste, Small Commercial Business, Back Door Service, and Central Business District are those definitions used in the City's Request for Bids, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Basic Agreements. The Company shall not (i) cancel or terminate any Basic Agreement to which the Company is a party or consent to or accept any cancellation or termination thereof prior to the scheduled expiration thereof, (ii) sell, assign (other than pursuant to the Loan Documents) or otherwise dispose of (by operation of law or otherwise) any part of its interest in any Basic Agreements, (iii) waive any default under or breach of any provision of any Basic Agreement to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries are a party, or waive, fail to enforce, forgive, compromise, settle, adjust or release any Material right, interest or entitlement, howsoever arising, under, or in respect thereof, or (iv) amend, supplement, modify or in any way vary in any respect or agree to any variation of any provision of any Basic Agreement to which the Company is a party, or of the performance of any Material covenant or obligation by any other Person under any Basic Agreement.
Basic Agreements. Section 1, Recognition: The Township recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the firefighters employed by Sugar Creek Township on a permanent basis. The Township agrees to take no action that would discourage Union membership or activities.
