Common use of Request for Members Clause in Contracts

Request for Members. a. The lead organization should submit a request for working group members to NMSS/MSTR. b. The lead organization will contact NMSS/MSTR to discuss Agreement State involvement. The lead organization should provide the purpose, scope of activities, expected product or outcome of the working group, and the estimated level of effort expected of members to NMSS/MSTR for its use in seeking Agreement State representation. Exhibit 2 is a sample request for members. Each area is discussed further below. c. The request for an Agreement State representative should include the following information: (i) Purpose Describe the specific purpose for creating the working group, including any supporting background information. Any restrictions or limitations to be placed on the working group should also be detailed.
