REQUEST FOR VARIANCE. An employer seeking a project which exceeds the scope of the Agreement, may request, in writing, a variance from the Site Local Union Business Manager. The Business Manager shall either approve the variance, approve the variance with modifications or deny the variance within two business days of receiving such request.
