Request to Retire Final. The Teacher acknowledges that the District’s retirement incentives are based on expressed reliance on the Teacher’s declaration to retire. The Teacher acknowledges the retirement is final and irrevocable unless both the Teacher and the Board agree to withdraw and cancel request for retirement. The Teacher acknowledges that the terms and definitions of the contract in force stipulated in the notice of retirement shall govern the benefits due the teacher.
