Requested Days Off Clause Samples
The "Requested Days Off" clause defines the process and conditions under which an employee may request time away from work. Typically, it outlines how much advance notice is required, any limitations on the number of days that can be taken consecutively, and the approval process by management. This clause ensures both the employee and employer have clear expectations regarding time-off requests, helping to balance staffing needs with personal time off and prevent misunderstandings or scheduling conflicts.
