Common use of Requested Delay by NAVITAIRE Clause in Contracts

Requested Delay by NAVITAIRE. In the event that NAVITAIRE requests a delay in order to complete remaining Implementation Services, and Customer agrees to such delay, the remaining implementation fees will be due and applicable monthly recurring Service Fees will commence only on the earlier of the actual date of completion of Implementation Services or the new Target Date.
