Requesting Cards. Administrators may request Cards through your Finfare Account. Users may request Cards from the Administrator through your Finfare Account. In any case, Cards may only be issued when authorized by an Administrator of your Account. Cards may be denied or canceled due to changes in Issuers’ policies, as required by law, or for other reasons we determine are appropriate under the circumstances. Cards may be issued to Users as virtual Cards (i.e., Cards issued without an associated physical card) or physical Cards. Administrators will be able to view transactions and manage their Cards through the Finfare Platform.

Card requests may be denied or canceled due to changes in an Issuer’s or our policies, as required by law, or for other reasons we determine are appropriate under the circumstances. Cards may be issued to Authorized Users. Administrators will be able to view transactions and manage Cards through the CapitalOS Dashboard.

Cards may be denied or canceled due to changes in Issuers' policies, at the discretion of the Cledara Account Administrator, as required by law, or for other reasons we determine are appropriate under the circumstances. Cards will be issued to Users as virtual Cards (i.e., Cards issued without an associated physical card). Administrators will be able to view transactions and manage their Cards through the Cledara Web Application.

  • Requesting Records A request for inspection and/or copies of public records must be made in writing and may be submitted by personal delivery, mail, telefax, or email directed to the District's Freedom of Information Officer.Individuals making a request are not required to state a reason for the request other than to identify when the request is for a commercial purpose or when requesting a fee waiver. If this results in an overpayment, the Red Cross will recover the overpayment following its standard recovery procedures through Payroll. Failure to provide documentation requested by the Leaves Administrator in support of the leave by the due date set by the Administrator will result in the request being denied.
