Business Purposes. ’ means purposes normally or otherwise reasonably associ- ated with the use of land for business activities, including shops, offices, showrooms, restaurants or similar businesses other than places of instruction, public garages, builder’s yards, scrap yards and industrial activities;
Business Purposes means purposes other than the purposes of a private dwelling; and, for the purposes of this Act, land is used for business purposes if it is not a dwelling-house;
Business Purposes means the digital good is relevant to the buyer's business needs.

Examples of Business Purposes in a sentence

  • When the applicable Order specifies a Software Subscription, subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement (including Customer’s timely payment of all applicable Subscription Fees), Exasol grants to such Customer a revocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license during the applicable Subscription License Term to install and use the Software within the Licensed Capacity solely for Customer’s Internal Business Purposes.

  • Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Exasol grants to Customer a revocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license during the applicable Term to install and use the Free Software within the Licensed Capacity solely for Customer’s Internal Business Purposes.

  • DT may further use such De- identified Information for DT’s legitimate Business Purposes, including for testing, development, controls, and operations of DT’s services.


More Definitions of Business Purposes

Business Purposes means the following purposes for which Personal Data may be collected, used and shared:
Business Purposes means accessing the Yardi Cloud to use the Licensed Programs and Yardi Cloud Services for Client’s property management and accounting, and related business pur- poses.
