Physical Card Sample Clauses

Physical Card. If you request a Physical Card, it will be mailed to the address associated with your account. When you receive your Physical Card, use the mobile application to activate the Card and receive your PIN (as set forth in the section of this Agreement titled “Personal Identification Number (“PIN”)). Upon receipt and activation of your Physical Card, you will be able to continue using your Virtual Card.
Physical Card. In order to receive a Physical Card, you will have to fill and submit the Physical Card request form on Company’s website or Mobile App.
Physical Card. If you request a Physical Card, it will be mailed to the address you provide to us during the registration process. When you receive your Physical Card, call Customer Service at (000) 000-0000 to activate the Card and receive your PIN (as set forth in the Section of this Agreement titled “Personal Identification Number (“PIN”)”). Upon receipt and activation of your Physical Card, your Digital Card will not be automatically disabled. The Digital Card’s CVV and Expiry Date is automatically updated to match the information on your Physical Card. If your Digital Card is stored with a merchant as a Card On File, you will need to update your payment method with the updated CVV and Expiry Date.
Physical Card. Physical Cards may be used in the same way as a Virtual Card and may also be used for in store and card present transactions where Visa is accepted electronically. We may not permit the Card to be used for manual or offline transactions. If the Card functionality will be so limited we will notify you of this at the time we approve you for a Physical Card.
Physical Card a prepaid user card for contractual products, which needs to be produced and processed, has a card body, takes the form of tangible carrier, sets card number and password, and includes certain online time and corresponding amount; it is used for paying online entertainment expenses, and takes the forms of a single prepaid user card with various face values and a product package of prepaid user cards with various face values.
Physical Card. If you are issued a Physical Card, it will be mailed to the address you provide to us during the registration process. When you receive your Physical Card, call Customer Service at 0-000-000-0000, or internationally +0-000-000-0000 to activate the Card and receive your PIN (as set forth in the Section of this Agreement titled “Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) ”). Upon receipt and activation of your Physical Card, your Virtual Card will not be automatically disabled. If the Virtual Card is automatically disabled, then all further transactions will be processed through your Physical Card. The Card will expire on the expiration date printed on the Card. Upon request, we will send you a replacement Card as your expiration date nears. You may also request a replacement card if your Card is lost, damaged or stolen. A fee applies to replace your Card. The funds in your Card Account will not expire, regardless of the expiration date on the front of your Card. The Card is the property of Bank and must be surrendered upon demand. The Card may not be resold or transferred to another party. The Card may be canceled, repossessed or revoked at any time without prior notice except where required by law. Use of the Card is also subject to all applicable rules and customs of any payment network and funds transfer system involved in the transactions in addition to this Agreement. Internet, mail, and phone order purchases may require that we have the name and address of the Card owner on file. If you wish to make such purchases, you will need to register your Card at xxx.x0xxxxxxxxx.xxx and providing your name and address prior to performing the internet, mail or phone purchase.
Physical Card. When you request a Physical Card, it will be mailed to the address you provide to us during the application process, or such other address as may be provided pursuant to the provision of the Section of this Agreement entitled “How to Update Your Records.” When you receive your Physical Card, use the Dashboard to activate the Card and receive your PIN (as set forth in the Section of this Agreement
Physical Card. The Institution sends the physical card by mail to the Customer's address. For reasons of security and confidentiality, the Cardholder pre-determines a PIN code in his/her Personal Area. The Cardholder is prompted to activate the Card in accordance with the instructions provided by the Issuer included in the mail. Upon receipt of the Card, the Cardholder must provide a signature on the area provided for this purpose. The Cardholder is prohibited from affixing any other physical or functional alteration on the Card.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.

  • Physical File Characteristics 7.2.1 The EODUF feed will be distributed to Comcast Phone over their existing Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) feed. The EODUF messages will be intermingled among Comcast Phone’s Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) messages. The EODUF will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the EODUF will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). 7.2.2 Data circuits (private line or dial-up) may be required between BellSouth and Comcast Phone for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, Comcast Phone will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth. Comcast Phone will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the BellSouth end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit successfully ongoing will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the BellSouth data center by BellSouth and the associated charges assessed to Comcast Phone. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by Comcast Phone will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone. Associated equipment on the BellSouth end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties.
