Any Employee employee covered by this Agreement who believes his/his or her actual position assignment in the classified service is not assigned to the class that best represents the duties assigned by the Employer and performed by the Employee employee may initiate a request for a review of their position assignment and/or a new position classification assignment throughthrough procedures established by the SPO, and the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA). Employees shall be classified in the appropriate position assignment.
