Common use of Requests for Information; Standing Requests Clause in Contracts

Requests for Information; Standing Requests. (a) Any Holder of a Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class M, Class N, Class O or Class P Certificate shall be entitled to, upon request to the Master Servicer, receive a copy from the Master Servicer, of any notice or report to be delivered hereunder to the Directing Certificateholder. (b) For the avoidance of doubt, it is noted that to the extent that any Rating Agency, ES Controlling Holder, SB Controlling Holder, Wellbridge Controlling Holder or Companion Loan Noteholder or any Holder of a Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class M, Class N, Class O or Class P Certificate, is stated herein to be entitled to obtain from the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, upon request, any particular report or other item of information obtained or prepared with respect to the Loans by the parties to this Agreement in the course of their performance hereof, such request by such Person may take the form of a standing request to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, to receive all such reports or items until further notice.
