Requests for Modifications to the Agreement. A. The full Committee shall be responsible for considering requests for changes to the Agreement. Such requests shall be submitted in writing to the Chairperson and may be filed by any Party that is a participant in the Agreement. The Chairperson shall transmit the request to the full Committee for consideration at its next scheduled meeting. [Revised 04/11/07]
