Playground A playground area provided for children twelve years old and younger to play on shall be provided. Each playground must include features that appeal to children within the above age group including some of the following: slides, monkey bars, ladders, tunnels, climbers, bridges, ramps, platforms, etc. All playground equipment must be of commercial grade. Each playground must include a minimum of six (6) features.
Welder (a) The Welder shall when issued a specific job assume the role of a Welder and representative of the Employer and take the initiative to perform the work, according to the best practice of this industry. Where circumstances are beyond his or her control he or she shall immediately advise the Employer.

Zdravotnické zařízení a Zkoušející převedou na Zadavatele veškerá svá práva, nároky a tituly, včetně práv duševního vlastnictví k Důvěrným informacím (ve smyslu níže uvedeném) a k jakýmkoli jiným Studijním datům a údajům.
GRILLS Fire code dictates there are to be no grills on any decks, near siding and/ or under the home. Tenant should not assume grills are present, functional, or permitted at any Property. If a grill is present and functional, Tenant is responsible for grilling tools, gas tanks, charcoal/lighter fluid and assumes full responsibility for any damages to the grill or resulting from use of a grill. Xxxxxx is responsible to thoroughly clean grills during stay and upon departure.
Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, and IQVIA has received all properly completed eCRFs and, if IQVIA requests, all other Confidential Information (as defined below). The estimated value of financial payment under this Agreement shall be approximately CZK 1 009 680. DrugDev will receive Site invoices and process payments unless otherwise agreed. V souvislosti s řádným plněním Studie Místem provádění klinického hodnocení, a to v souladu s podmínkami a ustanoveními této Smlouvy, budou poskytovány platby dle podmínek a ustanovení definovaných v Příloze A, přičemž poslední platba bude uskutečněna poté, co Místo provádění klinického hodnocení splní a dokončí veškeré závazky, jež mu vyplývají z této Smlouvy, a IQVIA obdrží veškeré řádně vyplněné eCRF a, bude-li tak IQVIA vyžadovat, veškeré další Důvěrné informace (ve smyslu níže uvedené definice). Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění dle této Smlouvy činí přibližně 1 009 680 Kč. Nebude-li ujednáno jinak, faktury od Místa provádění klinického hodnocení obdrží a platby bude zpracovávat společnost DrugDev. Veškeré dotazy ohledně faktur Místa provádění klinického hodnocení nebo plateb mají být adresovány společnosti DrugDev, jejíž kontaktní údaje jsou uvedeny v Příloze A. Zdravotnické zařízení bere na vědomí a souhlasí, že Zkoušející a jeho studijní tým budou odměněni na základě samostatné smlouvy uzavřené mezi Zkoušejícím, IQVIA a Zadavatelem.
Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Contracting Officer must receive Purchaser’s written request for a market-related contract term addition before the expiration of this contract. No more than 3 years shall be added to a contract's term by market-related contract term addition unless the following conditions are met:
Millwright In the case of a job site located outside a millwright’s region of residence, the employer may assign a millwright holding a journeyman competency certificate or an apprentice competency certificate anywhere in Quebec, provided the millwright has worked 1,500 or more hours for the employer in the construction industry in Quebec or elsewhere in Canada during the first 24 months of the 26 months preceding the issuance or renewal of his competency certificate, as follows:
