Common use of Requests for Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Requests for Negotiation. A. If either of the parties desires to negotiate any subject covered by Article 3.01 of this Agreement, it shall notify the other party in writing between one hundred fifty (150) days to one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. Notification in writing from the Association shall be served on the Superintendent, and the Board shall be addressed to the President of the Association.
