Common use of Requests for Reclassifications Clause in Contracts

Requests for Reclassifications. A request for classification review may be submitted by the employee, supervisor/administrator, or the CSEA to the Office of Human Resources. The duties upon which the reclassification is based must have been assigned by the administrator on a permanent basis, or performed by the worker with the supervisor’s knowledge, explicit or implicit. All requests shall be submitted using the appropriate classification review forms available in the Office of Human Resources. A copy of the request shall be forwarded by the Office of Human Resources to the President of the CSEA and the requestor.
