REQUESTS FROM UC AND EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE. A. Supplier must provide UC with evidence that demonstrates to UC’s reasonable satisfaction Supplier’s adherence to its information security plan (including but not limited to: third-party report, attestation signed by an authorized individual, attestation of compliance by a qualified assessor, or a mutually agreed upon equivalent) upon execution of the Agreement, upon reasonable request (including but not limited to: annually, after Major Changes, and/or as a result of a Security Incident), or as required by any applicable regulatory or governmental authority.

REQUESTS FROM UC AND EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE. A. Supplier must provide or share via web meeting UC with reasonable evidence that demonstrates to UC’s reasonable satisfaction Supplier’s adherence to its information security plan (including but not limited to: third-party reportexecutive summary , attestation signed by an authorized individual, attestation of compliance by a qualified assessor, or a mutually agreed upon equivalent) upon execution of the Agreement, upon reasonable UC’s advanced written request (including but not limited to: annually, after Major Changes, and/or as a result of a Security Incident), or as required by any applicable regulatory or governmental authority., as applicable to the scope of services being provided by the Supplier
